Our Story
NxSure is a technology partner for independent insurance agencies, founded by Jose Flores (former Farmers Insurance District Manager, current agency owner) and Andrew Sauer (8+ years engineering at Tinder and Warner Bros). Based in San Diego, CA, NxSure provides custom websites, strategic advisory, and hands-on implementation to agencies nationwide.
NxSure was born from a simple observation: insurance agencies are the backbone of their communities, but most are stuck using outdated technology that holds them back. They juggle too many vendors, lack a digital lead pipeline, and don't have a technology team to help them modernize.
Our founders bring together the perfect combination to solve this. Jose Flores spent years as a District Manager at Farmers Insurance, where he saw firsthand what holds agencies back — too many vendors, no digital lead pipeline, and no technology team in their corner. He went on to open his own agency, and still runs one today. Andrew Sauer brings 8+ years of software engineering from Tinder and Warner Bros, where he built products used by millions.
Together, they created NxSure to be the technology team that independent agencies have never had. Jose advises from real experience — not theory — and Andrew builds what gets recommended. From custom websites to strategic advisory and hands-on implementation, NxSure handles the technology so agencies can focus on what they do best.

Former District Manager at Farmers Insurance and current agency owner, Jose brings over a decade of hands-on insurance experience to every client engagement. He leads strategic advisory for Technology Partnership clients — evaluating tech stacks, consolidating vendors, and building operational roadmaps. He founded NxSure to give agencies access to the kind of operational guidance that only comes from someone who has been on both sides of the business.
8+ years as a software engineer at Tinder and Warner Bros. Andrew leads implementation — building the websites, integrations, and automations that power your agency. He brings enterprise-grade engineering to businesses of every size.
